Please do accept our apologies for cancelling your order. We try and fulfill all the orders that are placed with us at Jarrolds. However, on the occasion that this happens there could be a number of reasons for this:


  • Stock unavailability - Our website shows the available stock which we pick from our shopfloor at Jarrold Department stores in Norwich, Cromer or Wymondham. On the occasion we have to cancel the order this will be due to the fact we no longer have this item available in stock. This can be especially relevant during busy periods. 


  • Failed Security Checks - All orders go through our security checks and if these do not match we are unable to process the order.


  • Customer Cancellation -You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 


If your order has been cancelled by Jarrolds, we will send you an email to confirm this and we will always try and suggest an alternative option if this applies to your order.
