If you have forgotten to show your card at the point of purchase and you are signed up for eReceipts at the time of purchase you are able to manually 'download' your transactions* to your Loyalty account. If you're not opted in for eReceipts at the point of purchase, you won't be able to 'download' your transaction record, though it will be added to your account for the prize draw/charity contributions etc.



To do this, please follow the below instructions:


  1. Log into your Your Account on our website.  You can do this by clicking here.

  2. Go to Add Transactions 

  3. You will need to enter your receipt number (e.g 0000/00/0000) and your receipt total (e.g 19.95)

  4. Click Add Transaction

  5. Your transaction will now be logged on your purchase record


* Exclusions include tills in Food & Beverage and The Deli.  For these tills, your card must be scanned at the point of purchase for the sale to be recorded to your account.
