Courier Information

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or APC Overnight, and may require a signature on delivery.  

If you chose:

• Choose Your Delivery Day - You should expect to receive your order on the date you have requested.*
• Express Delivery - You should expect to receive your order within 1 working day.
• Standard Delivery - You should receive your order within 3-5 working days

*Store Folk or Online Exclusive suppliers;

• Please note that their dispatch times will vary.
• You will receive a separate email from Jarrolds Store Folk confirming your order and their delivery policy.

Furniture Orders;

• There is a longer dispatch time on these items, which was advised on the product page when you placed your order.
• You will receive a separate notification regarding your order.
